Attitude to spare

Hi, I have a question.

When someone says, "Those books are for women with attitude to spare", what does she mean? What kind of women are they?

When someone has something "to spare" it means they have more of it than they need. "Attitude" in this sense means swagger, confident defiance, and/or cockiness.
