You tiger now

Sorry, Roger - you tiger now! What does this phrase mean? I have seen it used so many times lately.

It's from a commercial for Comcast Digital Voice. Roger has had tiger stripes tattooed into his skin. He's speaking with the tattoo artist about undoing it. The tattoo artist doesn't speak English well and says Sorry, Roger, you tiger now. So it really does mean: (Sorry, Roger, you are a tiger now.).
