Interviewing three accountants for a job:

Interviewer: How much is two plus two?
Applicant #1: Four.

Interviewer: How much is two plus two?
Applicant #2: Four.

Interviewer: How much is two plus two?
Applicant #3: How much do you want it to be?
Interviewer: You're hired.
