I believe the meaning is pretty clear. However, for the record, "bite me" refers to fellatio. Oral sex. The phrase isn't an invitation to a sexual encounter. It means "get lost" or "screw you." (Someone somewhere has no doubt done a study on why we use sexual terms in this manner. it's probably a dominance thing.)
