If your computer will play sound files, you can go to the on-line dictionary at www.bartleby.com and hear the pronunciation for single words (enter a word and click on the symbol that looks like a megaphone). The link is below unless somebody removes it by posting a follow-up. Another way is to listen to recorded songs while reading the lyrics. Is that what you mean by phoneticism?
