He likes his eggs on the Jersey Side

From the song "Jumpin' Jive" by Cab Calloway. Any ideas what it means?

my guess it means nothing in particular. just happens to roll of the tongue well but, after looking around New Jersey, it seems Eggs Benedict is very popular in upscale eateries and the lyric just may refer to eating breakfast after a night of boogie before going back home to bed.

According to my Grandmother, eggs on "the Jersey side" are sunny-side up.
