King Wenceslas rings for a pizza.

Pizza Hut: Your usual order King?
Wenceslas: Yes please - deep-pan, crisp and even

Has this one spread to other countries? I've not heard it in the UK before this Christmas. How has Internet affected the spread of jokes round the world? There's a PhD in that for someone (I suppose its already been done).
