Lift your feet and trolley at the window

Can anyone tell me the meaning and origin the old saying "lift your feet and trolley at the window"? My 94 year old grandmother says it all the time lately, but she doesn't know the meaning either. One more saying is "up in Haddies room behind the mop."

But surely your grandmother knows what she means when she says these things - she's not just babbling at random, is she? How does she use them?
