'a tes souhaits'. litereally means 'has you wishes' in French and used when someone Sneezes. Pronounced exactly like atishoo from a ring of roses.

Is that something you have genuinely heard a French person say when someone sneezes? It sounds more like a joke along the lines of the mythical motto of the French Naval Academy at Toulon, which translates as ‘To the water, it is time!’ - ‘À l’eau, c’est l’heure !’ (VSD)
