Hogs staring at a wristwatch

One of my scouts reported this excellent phrase: Kentuckian Gatewood Galbraith - the "last free man in America" - was on WUKY radio discussing state officials taking a look at potential taxes from legalized marijuana. They are like "hogs staring at a wristwatch." They can't conceive of the benefits. (Gatewood for Governor at www.gatewood.com )
