Jealous Harry

Wondering if anyone knows where the phrase 'jealous Harry' comes from?

I've never heard it, and the only hits that Google can find seem to be in sentences like "Are you jealous, Harry?" - i.e. they don't use it as a "phrase" at all. In what context have you encountered it, and what does it seem to mean? (VSD)
