Ku blah rah?

Coupblarah or kubla rah or other similar-sounding term. I'm editing a transcript and can't figure out how to spell what the speaker is saying, but it sounds like 'ku blah rah' and he intends it to mean a complex process.

I have no guesses. Sorry. It sounded kind of like Kabbalah. But that word wouldn't fit the context.
