Who has heard of the phrase "gag a maggot"?

I have -- from my childhood in West Virginia. Also -- back a buzzard off a gut wagon. Variation: off a sh*t wagon. Gut wagon makes more sense. Meaning something really, really repulsive, stinky, etc.
