It is no more so than "auto manufacturers are expecting". Well... maybe a tiny bit.
None = not any (auto manufacturers is understood)
more = more
so = in that way (are expecting great things)
than = than
Not any auto manufacturers are expecting great things more than luxury car-makers (are).
