What does someone mean when they ask "Did you eat any rooster this morning?"

No doubt, although something else came immediately to my mind. Then again, my mind is a sewer, fit only for the pigs to play in.

Well, I must be pure in thought, word and deed because that did not occur to me. The phrase does specifically mention morning, strengthening the corn flake theory.
