Cumsi cumsa

I don't know how to spell it right but it goes "cumsi cumsa" need to know meaning and origin

Comme si, comme çà --- French, literally "like this, like that", denoting equivalency of or indifference between opposites or alternatives, as in the English-language expression, "six of one, half a dozen of the other".

There is a gesture that goes with this. You stick out your hand and move it from side to side alternatively showing your palm and back of the hand. Pamela
