Fall off a horse

I am looking for the actual quote or saying that goes something like: "once you fall off the horse, get back in the saddle"

It's not so much a "quote or saying" as a general principle among riding teachers and horsey people, that you should mount again as soon as possible and not give yourself time to get nervous about it. (VSD)
