On this, the fourth anniversary of our misbegotten Iraqi adventure, it's clear that the army cannot recruit men at all. It must recruit immature boys from impoverished rural areas to become cannon fodder in the middle of a civi war which we caused but cannot stop. An appeal to their insecurities (yes, you can be Army Strong) is just the ticket.
