Cut a hog in the ass

I have been using the phrase ' Cut a hogin the ass'
My brother in law, a very knowlegable and well read fellow had never heard of the phrase. I use it as- pork- , like pork barrel. To make excessive profit. With double time pay on Sunday, I reallly cut a hog in the ass. Comments please.
