eyebrows of deceit

'beware the man with brows that meet - for in his heart there lies deceipt....'

I have known of this phrase for nearly 50 years and understand it has been around for much longer - why cant I find any reference to in on the internet and where did it come from ???

Martin, if you'll Google on "there lies deceit" (there's no P in deceit), you will find a few other people who've used it. I haven't heard it before, sorry I can't help more than that. RRC
