Hatch, match and dispatch. It's the functions carried out in church services - baptisms, marriages and funerals.

I never heard that one before. Sounds like they're one up on the "four-wheel churchgoers" who are wheeled in in a pram for their baptism, and wheeled out in a hearse at their funeral.
