"Yes sir e Bob". What is the meaning of this?

It's 'yes, siree, Bob'
Bob could be anyone. 'Yes siree', is a colloquial way of saying 'yes, I will/agree/accept etc, etc.'
The 'siree' is a modification of 'sir'.
