what does give or take mean?
and what does kutagrah mean?

I'm guessing that kutagrah is coup de grace. See previous discussion at www.phrases.org.uk bulletin_board 41 messages 1061.html

"Give or take" means approximately. "You're going to need 10 hours to do it, give or take" means it might be nine, or eleven. Give and hour, or take an hour, ten is a good guess.
