: Wonder if u can help.... I hope I don't look like an idiot. Someone said (what sounded like) 'Donnay Davoosh' to me and said it was just a phrase... I have searched high and low on the internet and cannot find the meaning. It might help if I knew how it was spelt or what language it is. It's really taken up alot of my time. Have any of u heard of this...? it might not be spelt how I have written it, but that's how it sounds. Opinions greatly appreciated. Iv looked on sites and it sounds maybe french or even arabic... im really confused. please help.

Whoever said it to you presumably knew what s/he meant by it? or had a reason for saying it? Tell us why and how the phrase come up and we might be able to help you a bit more.
