Zocco score 4

"Zocco score 4" Any one know what childrens TV program this phrase came from ?
Think it was from the 60's. An electronic voice said the phrase. The background picture was of a pin ball machine. The clip was repeated a few times during the program, possibly as a break between items. Spelling may different ? Can't find anything on the Net. Guys at work now think I'm either making it up or my memory has gone. Thanks in anticipation.
