WHAT DOES "I'M SHOT" MEANS? SOMEONE SAID IT TO ME AND WON'T TELL ME WHAT IT MEANS... JUST SAID IT'S A NEW YORK PHRASE.

I could well mean 'I'm exhausted' - it does here in the UK. I'ts probably a shortening of 'I'm shot to pieces'.
