Sweetest music yet unplayed

Has anybody but me ever heard the phrase "sweetest music yet unplayed", as in "go to your grave with the sweetest music yet unplayed"?

My guess: a person who dies without experiencing all the joys of life. Falling in love, having children, doing useful work, etc.

My guess: Someone who dies before they make the greatest accomplishment they were destined to do.
