Happy slapping

Maybe I'm just getting older, or maybe things really are worse than they used to be. The latest craze amongst English youth - happy slapping. What is it? Attacking people for amusement so that they can film the reaction on video phones and send to their friends.

At least it doesn't have the racial motives that the earlier 'paki bashing' had - these neanderthals will attack anyone, or at least anyone smaller than they are.
