Cut a choagie (choagy?)

I used to live in Seoul and never heard the word "Choagie". I did hear the word "Luggie" though. It could be the same word. Hangul is very gutteral. Whatever you call it, there was a lot of it going on when I was there. It seems to be a cultural thing.
