Price of Bombs in Baghdad

so who's heard "What's that have to do with the price of bombs in Baghdad?" I'm trying to win an argument with a friend that this saying has been around for years...at least I know I've heard my parents say it for what seems like decades...but I don't know the true origination of the phrase...
