"Borrow a page" mean

Adopt a style: If I may borrow a page from George Bush, I maintain that unrest in the classroom creates unrest throughout the school. Students are not going to be secondary thoughts during my tenure. They will be in the forethought of my thinking. There's not going to be enough slackers in the system to take advantage of people like me--DH
