Come Out and such

Hi dear, I was watching Queen of the Damned (sorry, since I am a teacher of ESL I had to!) and during his interview, Lestat said "Come out, come out wherever you are...". where is that phrase from exactly?

It's from the children's game of Hide and Seek. It's a ritual phrase spoken by the person who has to find the others.
