"warm and fuzzy feeling"

Is there such an expression? Or something similar? Does it mean a warm and comforting feeling (psychologically)?

Yes. It's also referred to as "a warm fuzzy" as in "I'm not getting a warm fuzzy about this".

I sometimes say "I'm getting a cold clammy about this", but I don't know if anyone else does.
