He "sounds like a broken record"? Does that refer to someone who talk about things repetively or not clearly?"

I think this means that a person is sounding cacophonious when he sings.. just like a broken record that cannot play music the way it should!

If numbers count, I'm seconding ESC, who is, as usual, absolutely right. SS
