Is a little knowledge a dangerous thing?

Yes

And it is dangerous that the most "deeply ignorant" (using Truman Capote's phrase) among us do not know that they are ignorant.

Only the truly ignorant and the religious fundamentalist know that they are in possession of all the truth: the most intelligent recognize the enormity of their ignorance and the pitiful total of their knowledge.

So we do, so we do.
