Don't Open if You May Be Offended!

I am serious about this, nobody get mad and start yelling at me, but I would like to know if anyone knows the meaning of the probably offensive term "Quief."

Quief is the name for the sound of air being displaced/replaced by female sex organs during the act of sexual intercourse.
