Need help again.

"The issue of employee relations was really
driven home for me during a brainstorming session."

What the phrase "be driven home" mean?

It means "made clear":
"The issue of employee relations was really made clear for me during a brainstorming session."

When I hear the phrase "driven home," it makes me think of a nail being hammered in.

Me too. Can you say "The issue of employee relations was hammered in for me"? Sure we can. SS
