The passage is nonsense. I presume the speaker is a fictional character? He's not just drunk, he's crazy. If you translate it literally, it will be incoherent, as is the original. "Unstereolyrical" is a made-up word, not a real one.

OK, my only hope, I'll take it as it is and many thanks. one more question:
body release: is there such a term and what does it mean? publicised it? I think some of the terms he uses really exixt, like "under the mother".
