what is the meaning and origin of the word "JEVA" or the phrase "JEVA and SPUG" or "JEVA and SLUBBY"?

Sorry, haven't heard of either word or phrase. Would be interested if anyone else has. How is it used in context?

Maybe you mean "Java and Spug", with Java being a programming language and "Spug" being the "Standard Perl User Group" with Perl being also a programming language?
