To ooze for

Hello all,
Has anyone heard this expression, "to ooze for something"? As in "Hollywood is oozing for talent like hers"... Any raunchy nuance to it?

Hollywood is oozing WITH talent like hers. That's not raunchy. I don't know about "oozing FOR."

That I knew, thanks. It's OOZING FOR that I please beg anyone to elucidate for me.
