Help!

When I try to type a *new message* every symbol and space is underlined
and the Send box either disappears or cannot be activated. Please tell me
what I'm doing wrong. Thanks.

I'll give it a test run and see what happens.

Thanks very much, but I have no problem with *follow ups*. As we see,
there is no underlining problem, and the Submit Follow Up button does not
disappear. Hmm???
