Boots full of feet

I have a sentence: "they wished their boots did not feel so full of feet."
I wonder whether this is an idiom or just a description of weary feet. Does it have an underlying meaning?

I've been collecting Idioms and Sayings for about 10 years now - I've never heard of this one either
