Generally (knock wood) this board doesn't have a big problem with this. But I thought this was an interesting article and wanted to share. Keeping on topic, it explains several terms like flame wars, flame bait, and brinking. At the bottom of that site, there's a link to a separate article on the psychology of tr*lls.
