"rassafrassarickarackets": cartoon phrase?

Anybody remember which 1960s-1970s cartoon character used the catchphrase "rassafrassarickarackets"? If I remember correctly, it was a mild oath. Sorta like "darn."

It was Muttly from the Wacky races... *sigh* the things I know...
