Slang term "my trout"

Sorry (LOL) I posted this wrong. Srart, again.......

There is a regional slang phrase or term in which someone may call someone with whom he is acquainted (well acquainted?) "my trout" (or "me trout"). It is from the Atlantic maritime region, meaning Newfoundland, Maine, NovaScotia, etc.

I should say I'm not sure I have heard this correctly, but I believe I have! Curious thing to call someone.
