Keep them straight

of the phrase / sentence "keep them straight down there" thanks

It's impossible to know without more of the context where those words appeared. Generally, "keeping things straight" means not confusing one thing with another.

Well it was part of the comments i received. The whole sentence read Keep up the good work, and keep them straight down there. That's why I was confused.

I don't know what the person who wrote that meant. "Keep up the good work" sounds good, but the rest of it was not a successful act of communication.

Sounds like making sure that subordinates remain honest to me.
