A prayer

I need your excellent services again:
I have a prayer, taken
from a movie "the others", I could not find and interested to know if it is a
known prayer or just an improvised one.
"Blessed be, at light of day,
Jesus,
to whom now I pray.
Blessed be the Virgin pure
Whom I greet with faith so
sure.
Jesus, Mary, Spotless Rose,
Keep us till this day doth close.
