How are the mighty fallen

I've got a feeing that "How are the mighty fallen" is part of a longer line or quotation. Anybody recall the origin?

'How the mighty have fallen' is uttered three times by the Biblical King David (1 Samuel)

Samuel 1:19. The beauty of Israel is slain upon thy high places: how are the mighty fallen!

Samuel 1:25. How are the mighty fallen in the midst of the battle! O Jonathan, thou wast slain in thine high places.

Samuel 1:27. How are the mighty fallen, and the weapons of war perished!

Dang! And there's me thinking it was "how are the fallen mighty."
