the perfect breast fitting in a wineglass?

I'm looking for this adage for a friend who's doing an art project and I'm looking for the origin and the exact wording of this saying.

I would hope the adage also contains some precise definition of the wine glass, otherwise perfection would come in some mighty odd shapes and sizes.
