: 1) Can I say "Thanks for yours overnight." to someone I met socially on the previous evening or does it usually imply a sexual conotation?
: 2) Can I say "Thanks for yours overnight." referring to a quick reply received by email or telephone call, or only when I actually receive documents or letters sent by an overnight delivery service (courier, wire)?

I am from the U.S. and I've never heard No. 1. Sounds sexual to me. As for No. 2, I've heard "overnighting" referring to sending a package or letter. "Thank you for overnighting the package."
